MTC is searching for:

Assistant Hospitality Director: The individual in this role would work alongside the Director of Hospitality in hosting the guests of MTC through cleaning, meal prep, and being a welcoming presence.

Administrative Assistant: This role would involve a variety of office and logistics tasks and would serve under the Director of Operations.

Program Director: The program director would report to the Director and oversee the programs of MTC – LTO, WOW, Internship and Debriefing.
